+What kind of photos suitable for printing on wood?

All kind of photos are suitable to print on wood. We accept all formats and orientations of photos. If you have any queries, you can email us your photo at contact@storywood.com.au

+Are the photos taken from the phone suitable?

Yes! We work with photos off phones every day. If our teeam see any issues with quality, you will be contacted directly.

+ My photo is low quality, old, or dark - is this ok?

Good quality photos are always ideal, but we understand this isn't always possible. The good news is our team edit and rotate your photos in the right direction. That`s why we can fix the all the low quality, old and dark pictures.

+ Will my photo fit the size of block I’ve chosen?

We have expert team members to crop and fit your pictures to the products in the best way. We will always check your print and if something doesn't fit we'll always be in touch.

If you'd like to double check before ordering, you can email cantact@storywood.com.au with your image and the product size/shape you are looking at and we'll check and get back to you.

+ Will my photo fit in to a hexagon or triangle?

The best photos for triangle and hexagons are ones that have the people or subject in the centre of the shot with room around them to be cropped to the shape.

We will always check your photo and if something doesn't fit we'll always be in touch.

+ Is there a difference between the photobloks and your wall sets?

No, there are no difference. Only, wall sets has more then one photoblok. But, If you're looking at ordering 3 or more blocks, by ordering sets you can save more than 30 percent off!

+ I am an artist - can you print my artworks on wood?

Definitely. Any kind of art(paintings, gallery prints..) are ideal uses for wood printing.

+ How much is shipping photoblocks?

Shipping will be automatically calculated based on distance and weight. On the delivery page, you will see automatic calculation. We have all Australia and worldwide delivery option. 

+ How long does it take?

Expect to receive your order within 7- 12 days from approval of your preview in Australia. If you are requiring specific time, get in touch and we'll work with you to make it happen.

+ Do you ship overseas?

Yes! Email us all the detail, we will contact with you.
